IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION
Due to the MA USBC Youth Committee hosting tournaments during the winter months, there may be a necessity to cancel an event for a weather situation or another emergency beyond our control. These decisions will be made based on the safety and well being of all the bowlers and families from the across the state. In the rare instance that we have to cancel, we will post the information on our FaceBook page and do our best to post on the website.
You may also notify any youth committee member. If a cancellation must be made by the MAUSBC youth committee, your payment made for the tournament WILL be refunded as soon as possible.
WHO WE ARE?
Our current MA USBC Youth Committee consists of 12 members. We come from different parts of the state, have a broad spectrum of personalities and a range of bowling experience. Our committee is a dedicated group who meets on different occasions to come up with fun and exciting ways to promote our youth and future bowlers. The Massachusetts State USBC Youth Committee offers many tournaments and awards throughout the year. We welcome all children from ages 3-18. We teach and encourage fun and friendly competition, while enforcing sportsmanship.

The MA USBC youth committee works very hard on preparing tournaments for our children. Please be respectful of time constraints. We require all bowlers to be at the tournament site 1 hour prior to the scheduled tournament time, unless the application/confirmations state otherwise. Confirmations are sent out well before tournaments. If there are any issues or you cannot be there, please immediately notify someone (a member of your team, your program director, the bowling center, or tournament director). We must make the necessary changes prior to the tournament start time, and it is unfair to hold up the rest of the tournament bowlers.
If we all work together, we can achieve success.
